2. Do I get my own personal email and password?
No. We provide shared access via our extension. This allows us to keep costs incredibly low for our users while maintaining high security. You cannot change the password or profile details of the account.
3. Can I use the mobile app (e.g., Netflix App) with this?
Our service requires a Chromium-based browser (like Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Brave) to run our extension. Therefore, you cannot use the official mobile applications (iOS/Android apps) or Smart TV apps directly. However, you can use Kiwi Browser on Android to run our extension on your phone.
4. What happens if the account logs out or stops working?
Because these are shared accounts, occasionally the original provider may force a logout or require verification. Don't worry! Our automated systems usually restore the session quickly. If it takes longer than a few hours, just contact our WhatsApp support and we will fix it or replace it immediately.
5. Can I share my SubscriptionHub account with my friends?
No. Your SubscriptionHub account is strictly for your personal use. We have an automated device-tracking system. If you share your account or attempt to bypass the maximum concurrent device limit, your account will be automatically suspended without a refund.
6. Is it safe to install the extension?
Yes, absolutely. Our extension is designed specifically and exclusively to manage session cookies for the domains of the services you purchased (e.g., netflix.com, canva.com). It does not track your general web history, read your personal emails, or inject ads.
7. How do I request a refund?
